This song was written in memory of six-month old Elizabeth (Ellie) Grace Ewen who passed away along with her father, Shane, in an automobile accident in March 2006. Casey, the wife and mother, barely survived the accident as she broke most of the bones in her body including her back. Casey’s spirit, however, was not broken and though it has been extremely tough at times to find the strength to carry on… she knows that God will provide and take care of her completely. The Ewen family has had an incredible impact in ministry throughout Wyoming, Colorado, and many other parts of the world and their ministry will continue to bless others whether it is through Casey’s life or Shane and Ellie’s deaths.
